RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund policy is applicable to Product sales only. Not applicable to services.

Conditions of this Return and Refund policy are:

No return or refund on products made in error by the purchaser, or change of mind by purchaser.
No exchange on products.
Clearance items will not be accepted for return or refund.
Items for return must be notified within 5 days by email (contact@nourishbodywellbeing.com). Please contact us specifically during business hours AEST 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please provide reason for return (eg. wrong product) as well as your full contact details.
Items must be returned at purchasers own cost for postage to a designated address. Item must be properly and securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Items damaged in return transit is the responsibility of the customer and items may not be eligible for return and credit if deemed not to have been returned in secure packaging.
Item must be in original packaging and condition. Please follow any other instructions provided by the seller.
Upon receipt of returned goods, items will be inspected.
Refund will be processed back to original payment method. Third Party accounting fees will be applicable for all transactions. These fees are non-negotiable.
