USUI REIKI HEALING AND REIKI TRAINING

The word Reiki (Rei + Ki) translates to Universal Life-force energy.  Reiki is known as energy healing.

Reiki was founded in 1922 by Dr Mikao Usui, who had an inherent desire to support humanity.  Dr Usui went to Mt Kurama in Japan and fasted and meditated for 21 days, and it was at the end of these 21 days that he felt a strong physical connection to an intense healing energy.  Dr Usui began offering healings to others with great success, and then began teaching the Usui Reiki healing method to others who eventually became known as Reiki Masters.  Reiki was introduced in Australian in the 1980's by Reiki Masters Phyllis Furomuto and Beth Gray.

Reiki Master Healing

A Reiki Master Healing is an alternative treatment where the person remains fully clothed.  Reiki can only be performed by a Reiki Practitioner who has been attuned to receive reiki energy.  Natalia is trained to Reiki Master and Teacher Level.  Hands are placed lightly over the patient’s body to facilitate the exchange of energy and to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.  A Reiki Master Healing lasts around 50 minutes, additional time is needed to discuss aspects of the healing.  

Natalia only offers traditional Usui Reiki incorporating Reiki symbols, crystals for balancing the chakra's and Natalia's own Aromatherapy Reiki blend.  Reiki can be offered to the front or the back of the body.

Reiki Massage

Reiki Massage is a new treatment, combining massage therapy to the back of the body, and then traditional Reiki healing is performed to the front of the body and head.  This is an original treatment created by Natalia and is not offered elsewhere nor by any other practitioner.

Reiki during Pregnancy

A Reiki Healing is safe to have during all trimesters of pregnancy, with the client lying on their side or on their back with suitable elevation.  Reiki Healing can also help bring relaxation and peace to those undergoing fertility issues.  

Distance Reiki Healing and Reiki via Zoom

Reiki Healing can be offered by long distance.  The client can be anywhere in the world to receive a healing.  A few basic pieces of identification (such as a photo) can be used to offer healing.  Clients can opt to receive written feedback about their healing.  This service is  available upon request and at Australian Eastern Standard time zone.

Natalia holds full membership with Australian Reiki Connection Inc., Full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, Senior First Aid and a Working with Children Check.  

In October 2025, Natalia was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Australian Reiki Connection Inc.
