Nutrition
A naturopathic approach to health care, where a patient's physical, emotional and spiritual symptoms are addressed and an individualised treatment plan is created. All health conditions can be supported.
Specialising in the Beyond Fertility Program (a natural fertility and preconception program), Pregnancy Nutrition, Children's Health and Skin issues.
These consultations are now available in person, or Australia wide with an online nutritionist.
Massage
Full body aromatherapy massage for 60 or 90 minutes, incorporating specially selected essential oils with a hot oil base.
Pregnancy massage suitable for all trimesters.
Kahuna Lomi Lomi massage (for women only) which is a traditional Hawaiian style massage with hot coconut oil and full body strokes.
Reiki
This 60 minute treatment incorporates crystals and aromatherapy for the ultimate healing and relaxation experience.
Reiki is a gentle healing modality suitable for all ages and health conditions, including pregnancy. You are fully clothed during a reiki healing session. Reiki is available as an in-person treatment.
Reiki Training available from August 2023 onwards.
