A Natural Fertility and Pre-Conception Program
Beyond Fertility(TM) is a comprehensive Natural Fertility and Preconception Program that has been used successfully for approximately 17 years. Natalia has been trained by the amazing Tracey Gaibisso, a Naturopath in Western Australia, in this program and is pleased to be able to offer this program to clients in the Geelong area.
Natural Fertility and Pre-Conception Program is tailored to couples specific needs and encompasses areas of pathology testing, detoxification, improving mental health status, improving nutrition, diet and environmental factors. Overall the program aim is to improve the health of the parents, and the egg and sperm.
This program is suitable for couples who feel they are ready to start a family and would like to improve their overall health and environment, couples who have attempted to conceive but are experiencing fertility issues, couples who are undergoing IVF and want to increase their chances of a successful pregnancy, single women and same-sex couples who would like to improve the health of their eggs and sperm for harvesting.
Private Health Insurance rebates are available under Nutrition consultations.

WINTER WELLNESS PROGRAM
Immune support against colds and flu this winter season
This naturopathic program is aimed at improving your immune system to combat the winter coughs, colds, sniffles and flu. Perfect for people who work in the health care system, office buildings where cold germs are spread by heating/air con systems or other staff, or those who are just sick of being sick over winter.
Flu vaccinations do not prevent common colds. They only protect against the strains of flu that are included within the vaccine. Even with a flu vaccination, you may still experience mild flu symptoms when exposed to flu virus’. This program will help support your immunity after being vaccinated.
Support will consist of 3 face-to-face or online consultations, additional telephone or email support where required, referral to your GP for some standard blood testing (which should be covered by Medicare), in-house testing (zinc status and blood pressure), recommendations for high potency practitioner grade supplements, and flyers on how to protect yourself against the spread of germs.
3 Consultations $199 per person. Supplements and testing are an additional cost.

600+ item hair analysis - FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD ITEM TESTING
This is a simple, non-invasive and effective test that identifies which foods and household products are incompatible with your body. This not allergy testing, intolerance testing, a weight loss program, nor will it cure cancer.
Incompatible foods and household products can create reactions within the body such as persistent headaches and migraines, bowel issues (IBS, flatulence, bloating), skin disorders (acne, hives, psoriasis, eczema, rashes, itchy skin), sleep disorders, behaviour issues in children, fatigue and PMS, plus many other conditions.
A small sample of hair is sent off to our laboratory in Queensland, and results are returned within 2 weeks. Items that are found to be incompatible are marked in red or brown. These items are removed from the diet or home for 6 months, and symptoms are monitored by myself and the patient. Symptoms are usually reduced or disappear within the first 4 weeks. A re-analysis is then offered after 6 months.
Other lists are also available such as Mother and Baby, Indian Food and Woolworths/Coles/Aldi. These are an additional cost.

HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS (HTMA)
The HTMA is an analytical test that measures the mineral composition of hair. It is regarded by many doctors and nutritionists as one of the most valuable screening tools available in every day and preventative health care.
Why Biopsy the hair? Hair is a body tissue made up of mostly dead, keratinised cells fused together. As the hair grows, minerals are deposited into the growing hair shaft, creating a permanent record of metabolic activity and exposure to toxic elements.
Mineral concentrations in the hair can provide a reliable indicator of mineral stores in the whole body which has been evident for months and years. Heavy mental toxicity inherited from both parents during conception can also be identified. If your health, diet or environment has created a mineral imbalance or toxic mineral excess, it will be recorded in the hair shaft.
Conditions that can be helped are behaviour disorders, food intolerances, mental health issues, acne, digestive problems, fatigue, hormone imbalance, infertility, insomnia, learning difficulties, thyroid disorders and many more. This is a non-invasive test and can be used on children, teenagers and adults.

HEALTHY HAIR SKIN AND NAILS

Skin is my passion. I believe that everyone should be able to have beautiful skin and this can be achieved with naturopathic methods.
Our skin is the largest organ of the body, and it is the last organ to receive nutrients from our diet. Your outside skin is a reflection of your internal health. There are many things to consider such as diet, digestion, detoxification, stress, inflammation, lymphatics and circulation. Millions of skin cells are shed every day and completely replaced every 27 days. Improvements in the skin may take 1-2 months to be seen.
Conditions such as acne, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and cold sores can all cause aggravation, embarrassment, and can affect the quality of your life. For those concerned with aging and wrinkles, support is also available.
Finger nails also show signs of your internal health. Thin, weak, peeling, splitting, white spots, black stripes, odd shapes, curving upwards, long talons, pitting, longitudinal lines or ridges, opaque or frost coloured where they should be pink, and cracked cuticles are all signs that indicate nutritional deficiencies or other illnesses within the body. The tongue and iris (eyes) can also show signs.
Hair loss or weak condition of the hair is also a sign of poor internal health. Shampoos, creams, potions, oils cannot magically make your hair grow. Nutritional deficiencies, thyroid issues, stress and menopause are just some conditions that can affect hair growth.
Treatment will consist of correcting nutritional deficiencies, practitioner grade supplements to maximise skin nutrition, addressing bowel issues (if any), stress management, detoxification, and topical creams and oils.
Supplements and topical creams or products are an additional cost. Some blood testing may also be required. You will be referred back to your GP for these tests as most are claimable under Medicare. Some additional testing may be required that are not claimable by Medicare, and these will be discussed with you prior.
